天津食品进出口股份有限公司成立于1996年，历史可追溯至1953年成立的中国食品出口公司天津分公司，是一家集国际进出口业务、国内贸易和生产加工为一体的全方位、多功能、综合型的外贸企业。

Founded in 1996, Tianjin Foodstuffs Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. has a rich history that dates back to 1953 when it was established as the Tianjin Branch of China Food Export Corporation. This foreign trade enterprise is comprehensive, multi-functional, and handles international import and export business, domestic trade, manufacture, and processing.

公司已同世界上一百多个国家和地区的八百多家客商建立了良好的贸易合作关系，贸易方式从单一的自营出口业务走向进出口、进料来料加工和国内贸易等多种灵活贸易方式，经营品种由单一的食品类商品涉足到其它不同行业和不同类别的产品，并拥有自己的货源加工基地，出口市场从亚洲近洋市场扩大到欧美、中近东和非洲等远洋市场，贸易伙伴由经包销、代理进口商拓宽至批发、零售、超市和大型采购集团等不同群体。经营的商品近千种，涉及、罐头、酒、饮料、速冻食品、调味品、腌制品、糖果、果菜、杂粮豆等十几大类的商品。

The company has established strong trade relationships with over 800 customers across 100 countries and regions worldwide. It has evolved from specializing in only export business to offering a variety of flexible trade modes such as import and export, processing with imported and supplied by client’s materials, and domestic sales. It deals with not only food commodities but also many different industries and product types and has its own supply base.

The company's export market has expanded from the Asian market to Europe, the United States, the Middle East, the Near East, and Africa. Its trading partners have also diversified from exclusive selling and acting importers to wholesale, retail, supermarkets, and large purchasing groups. It offers nearly 1000 types of commodities, including canned goods, wine, beverages, quick-frozen food, condiments, pickled products, candy, fruit and vegetables, and miscellaneous grains and beans.

“金星”牌玫瑰露酒、五加皮酒、高粮酒、“长城”牌罐头食品、速冻食品、天津冬菜、天津浙醋、调味品等商品在国外多次获奖。2006年“金星”牌被国家商务部认定为首批“中华老字号”。2010年“义聚永记”被国家商务部认定为“中华老字号”。义聚永记玫瑰露酒、五加皮酒、高粮酒、长城牌天津冬菜被列为天津市非物质文化遗产。

Several of its brands and products have won awards abroad, including "Golden Star" Brand Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, Wu Chia Pi Chiew, and Kao Liang Chiew, and the "Great Wall" brand canned food and quick-frozen foods, Tianjin Preserved Vegetables, Tianjin Vinegar, and condiments. In 2006, the "Golden Star" brand was recognized as the first batch of "Chinese time-honored brands" by the Ministry of Commerce. In 2010, "Yijuyongji" was recognized as "China's time-honored brand" by the same ministry. "Yijuyongji" Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, Wu Chia Pi Chiew, and Kao Liang Chiew, and the Great Wall brand Tianjin Preserved Vegetables are also listed as intangible cultural heritage of Tianjin.
